Grilled Salmon Sandwich with Dill Sauce
2 Pier 33 Gourmet Salmon Portions
4 slices of bacon
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1 tsp. freshly grated lemon zest
4 slices of tomato
2 green leaf lettuce leaves
1) Cook the bacon in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned, about 10 minutes.
2) On the same skillet place the two Pier 33 Gourmet Salmon Portions on top of the bacon fat for about 5 minutes per side.
3) Whisk the mayonnaise, dill, and lemon zest together in a small bowl; divide on the bread. Top each with 1 portion of cooked salmon, 2 tomato slices, and 2 bacon slices.
