Langostino, Bacon and Horseradish Dip
2 pkg Pier 33 Gourmet Langostino Lobster Tails
8 oz. bacon, crisped and crumbled
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. chopped Italian flat-leaf parsley
1 tbsp. chopped dill
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper crackers, to serve
1) In a large bowl, combine crisped and crumbled bacon with thawed and diced Pier 33 Gourmet Langostino Lobster Tails.
2) Mix in mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, parsley, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
3) Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine.
4) Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with additional parsley or dill and serve with crackers.
