Lime Grilled Salsa Salmon
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1 (6 Oz.) Skinless Boneless Pier 33 Gourmet Salmon® portion
Favorite salsa sauce
Salt and pepper
1) Combine 2 Tbsp. olive oil and 2 Tbsp. lime juice - brush Pier 33 Gourmet Salmon® portion.
2) Add salt and pepper to taste.
3) Grill or broil salmon 5-6" from heat source for approx. 3 minutes per side - brush again when turning.
4) Top with favorite salsa sauce and garnish with lime slices. Enjoy!
