Salmon with Yogurt
4 (6 Oz.) Skinless Boneless Pier 33 Salmon® portions
5 Oz. of plain, low-fat yogurt
2 Cups. bread crumbs
Spices of choice
1) Slather the yogurt over the salmon, covering both sides.
2) Mix the spices and breadcrumbs.
3) Roll the salmon portions into the breadcrumb mixture.
4) Broil or grill 3-5 minutes on each side.
