1 pkg. All Natural Pier 33 Gourmet Mussels
1 grated / finely minced garlic clove
1 tsp. light soy sauce
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 tbsp. rice vinegar
any straight type of noodle or pasta
1) Cook Pier 33 Gourmet Mussels in a frying pan for 5 minutes and let cool.
2) Prepare noodles as directed and let them cool.
3) Mix all of the ingredients except the noodles.
4) Serve mixture on top of cold noodles and mix well.
